Meet Your Coach

Alicia Jamison is a strength and conditioning coach, nutrition coach and professor based in New York City, with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.  With a Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University and a Masters in Exercise Physiology from Columbia University, Alicia’s core business is focused on motivating individuals through exercise and education.  Her client roster includes entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, athletes, artists, dancers, and 9-5ers.

 

CataKin Coaching encompasses Alicia’s passion for strength training, health guidance and holistic nutrition practices.  As both a coach and professor, Alicia combines exercise, education and entertainment to curate a result driven health experience to get you to your goals.  Alicia has previous partnerships and publications from various outlets, including Self Magazine, Woman’s Health, and Health.com.

 

In addition to her degree’s, Alicia is also certified in NASM-CPT, CFSC I & II, KBA I & II, Precision Nutrition I & II, as well as other specialized certifications.
